an update for my brushes with frame post.

yesterday in the fbo terminal at midway airport I ran into mitt romney. he makes the top three. jim gray is out of there.

... I eat/drink way too much

No wonder I am 35 pounds overweight!

1. steve tyler (lead singer of aerosmith) getting off a private plane as i was getting on to brent's plane in norwood, ma. the man is tiny - looks like maybe 110 pounds soaking wet.
2. doug flutie (former boston college, cfl and nfl quarterback) on a flight from las vegas to boston. he is a hero in boston. he was very patient with all of the people on the flight that asked to get pictures with him.
3. jim gray (sportscaster - known for interviewing mike tyson when tyson said that he wanted to eat lennox lewis's children) sitting next to him on (where else) an airplane.

...tv shows i look (or looked) forward to seeing every week

here are three shows that i really like.

1. lost - it got a little side tracked this season, but finished strong this season. can't wait until january or whenever it is supposed to start again.
2. the office - it just makes me laugh. i love the pranks jim pulls, the political correctness gone waaay wrong. great show
3. traveler - new show on abc in the lost time slot. so far so good.

i had to drop 24 off the list after this last crappy season, but i still will watch day 7 every week. honorable mention to friday night lights, how it's made (discovery channel) and planet earth (discovery channel) - i guess that is seven shows. i think i watch too much tv.

...celebrities i don't want to hear another thing about - ever

why does the press talk about these train wrecks. better yet, why does the public listen

1. paris hilton - makes me never want to stay in a hilton hotel again


2. rosie odonnell - loud and obnoxious


3. britney spears - lack of morals + lots of money = out of control

...favorite things to eat when I am on the road

with all the travel that i do, i end up eating out a lot more than i should. here are my three favorite things to eat on the road.

1. pork chops bryan - carrabba's italian grill - it is on the menu as chicken, but get the pork instead. goat cheese, sun dried tomatoes, and basil lemon butter sauce over two large pork chops.
2. chang's spicy chicken - pf changs - sort of like general tso's chicken, can be very spicy.
3. filet mignon egg rolls - celebration hotel, celebration florida - boursin cheese and steak in an egg roll wrapper with a spicy sweet chili sauce.
