here are 3 things i love about the fall - especially here in new england
- all the trees changing colors (pictures to come)
- crisp, cool nights, with pleasant temperatures in the day
- pumpkin deserts (like my pumpkin toffee cheesecake with ginger snap crust and caramel topping)

Apple picking? Acquiring new masks? The "Candy Tax" after Trick-or-Treating? I suppose you could only pick three as per your blog title! :)
1. Finally the temp goes under 100
2. the crispy smell of the leaves and the cooler air.
3. ditto on pumpkin desserts. Pumpkin bread is our favorite! maybe a little cream cheese icing on it too!
So, you'd think at a party for a baby blessing you'd talk about how cute the baby is etc....But, Emerson's party was filled with chatter about the yummy, smooth and creamy cheese cake that you made for us! We missed you guys, wish you could have made it! Thanks again!
